Dear Families.

Please note this date in your diaries as this is a compulsory event.  Where possible, please turn up in full uniform.

PLEASE BRING ALL COSTUMES AND HEADPIECES TO STAGE PRACTICE.

All performers should have their hair up in a neat bun or pony tail on this day and bring costumes and head gear in their KWCC Garment Bag or a plain black Garment Bag and all equipment with them.  For items you do not yet have costumes please bring your black leotard and leggings for practicing on stage.

This day is important as it enables our coaches to see the stage balance of their teams on stage and how their routine patterns look.  If you are unable to attend, please let your coach know ASAP.

Parents and guardians are welcome to stay in the audience, but must remain quiet to allow the coaches to communicate clearly with their teams on stage.

We can't wait to see you all there.

PARENTS - Please bring black and white thread, scissors and a sewing needles as there may be some minor mending that may be required to costumes.  This might be a great way to spend your time whilst waiting for your daughter to finish.

FOOD and DRINKS - there will not be a canteen open so please ensure all participants have a snack and a bottle of water.
